 STRESS MANAGEMENT

  Stress is one of the most prevalent issues today and it touches most
  people at some time.
The first thing you might recognize is that not all
  stress is bad. For example the excitement of a rollercoaster ride, the
  competitive element of sports, going to see a scary movie or the
  anticipation of something great just about are all examples of good 
  stress. The tension created from wanting to get things done can be a
  great source of motivation.

  Our bodies are highly developed systems that use emotions to
  communicate messages to us. Stress occurs when the signals are
  overloading your ability to act or making you feel bad. There are many
  causes of negative stress. Five of the most common causes are:

  •  anxiety around things that may happen in the future.
  •  feeling overwhelmed by work volumes and commitments.
  •  holding on to negative emotions from the past.
  •  Feeling trapped or helpless in current situation
  •  Having low self-esteem and limiting beliefs about yourself.

  As an accredited NLP Coach I specialise in this area, there are many
  tools and techniques we can work with to help you to reduce stress,
  release anxiety, increase confidence and gain a positive and useful

TIME MANAGEMENT

  Time management can often seem like a monotonous, laborious and 
  painstaking set of techniques, popular mainly in the business world.
  However, many have come to realise that having excellent time
  management skills is really how it is possible to master our life!
 
 
While we can't organise time, we can organise ourselves in relation to
  time.  By managing our life instead of managing our time, we learn to
  maximise how we work, our success, wellbeing, productivity and our
  happiness.

  Using the tried and tested practical NLP techniques that work, you will
  develop a different attitude towards time and time management which will
  lead to creating a happier life.  

  Some people think they will take the time to learn these techniques after
  they have got on top of the backlog, but I can tell you that in fact the

RELAXATION MANAGEMENT

  The art and practice of relaxation is a skill that can be taught and
  learned in the traditional sense. It can be achieved easily and
  effortlessly by most people.  It is a state that our Mind, Body & 
  Spirit needs to experience often, in order to regenerate and
  rejuvenate.  As part of my NLP Studies and my further studies in
  hypnotherapy, I have acquired the skills to bring people into a very
  relaxed state where they can easily tap into their inner feelings of calm
  and serenity.  Most people dont realise such a place exists within
  them, especially when they are caught up in what is often a fast paced
  daily life.  However, I am happy to connect you to your inner place of
  calm and show you how beneficial this practise can be to you, both
  during and after the session.
